Midtown Erie Masterplan
Client: Erie Redevelopment Authority and Fourth River Development
Location: Peach St., between 13th and 14th streets, Erie, Pennsylvania
Date: 2007
The Erie Redevelopment Authority acquired several adjacent parcels of land in the Erie midtown neighborhood over several years and assembled a team of national and local architects to develop a master plan. Kidder Architects was a member of that team, which also included; Radnor Property Group, LLC; Edward DuMont; LaQuantra Bonci Associates; Looney, Ricks, Kiss; and Glatting, Jackson, Kercher, Anglin. A written master plan was created to market the property to developers.
