HANDS - North Coast Apartments

Size: 3,278 SF, 10 one-bedroom apartments
This project for Housing and Neighborhood Development Service (HANDS) involved design and construction of a new 10-unit apartment building for mentally and physically challenged individuals. The one-bedroom apartments include two fully accessible ADA-compliant units. The design intent of this project was to create a building that suited the needs of the tenants while also being contextually appropriate in the neighborhood.
