Dates: Original building — 1937 boiler house, c. 1960s office building
Schematic design for adaptive reuse of former campus boiler house and adjacent office building into proposed visual arts center. The design includes a new lobby constructed between the two buildings. A theater, gallery and studio space are proposed inside the existing boiler building shell. The existing office building would include classrooms and faculty offices.
