This property exemplifies the post-World War II Baldwin Duplex-style homes that can be found all around Erie. The project involved interior and exterior renovations to provide modern accommodations for current tenants. The floor plan was adjusted to create an open concept living area. The bathrooms were relocated and enlarged. The addition of a dormer on the third floor provided the room necessary to enlarge the bathroom on that level. A laundry area was created on the second floor. The project also included all new electrical, HVAC and plumbing. Exterior work included masonry cleaning, roof replacement and new windows.
