Chandlery Corner consists of three separate buildings that have been combined into one property. The two buildings facing State Street are connected on the interior. The joint property was previously renovated in 1987, creating 10 apartments and two commercial storefronts. Kidder Architects’ role is ongoing stewardship and maintenance of this historic property. The most recent project involved designing the corner store front from a bank tenant into the Ember + Forge Coffee House.
