510 Parade St. was commissioned by Charles M. Conrad (1841–1910) in 1904. It is believed that the house was originally designed by local architect C. Paxton Cody. Conrad built this home for his daughter, Eda Conrad (1872–1919), and her husband, Arthur W. Brevillier (1871–1955). Over the years, the building had been modified into apartments and fell into disrepair.
This project involved dramatic improvement and restoration of the building’s exterior and conversion of the interior into modern office space.
